• This chat ID is not linked to your real identity and does not include personal information unless you provide it voluntarily within your messages.

• Messages are used solely to deliver responses, improve service quality, and debug issues if necessary.

b. Diagnostics and Performance Data (via Sentry)

• We use Sentry to collect anonymous crash and error reports.

• This may include technical data such as:

  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro)

  • Operating system version

  • App version and runtime details

  • Battery and memory status at the time of error

  • Approximate location derived from IP (for diagnostics only)

• This data helps us identify bugs and improve stability.

• No personal identifiers (such as name, email, or login data) are collected or linked to crash reports.

c. App Updates and Device Information (via Expo)

• The App uses Expo services to deliver updates and manage builds.

• Expo may receive:

  • Anonymous device or runtime identifiers

  • App version information

  • Basic device details (OS, build type)

• This information is used exclusively to check for new app versions and ensure compatibility.

• No advertising, profiling, or tracking is performed.

d. External Links

• The App may contain links that open in your web browser (e.g., donation pages or external websites).

• These external sites operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

2. How We Use the Information

We use collected data to:

• Deliver the chat experience and respond to user messages.

• Monitor and improve app stability and performance.

• Detect, diagnose, and fix errors.

3. Data Retention

• Chat data is retained on our secure n8n server for as long as necessary to maintain conversation continuity and improve performance.

• Diagnostic data collected by Sentry and Expo is retained according to their respective retention policies (typically 30–90 days).

• You may request deletion of stored chat data at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

All network communications between the App and our servers use HTTPS encryption.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
