CropLedger is a local-first record-keeping aid for pesticide and fertilizer application records. It helps you create records, reuse setup details, and export PDF or CSV files from your device.

CropLedger does not provide legal, safety, label, dosage, product, crop, pest, rate, or jurisdiction-specific advice. Always follow the product label and applicable rules for your location and operation.

When contacting support, include:

• The app name: CropLedger.
• Your device model and iOS version, if known.
• The app version, if known.
• A short description of what happened.
• The screen or workflow where the issue happened.

Do not send pesticide, fertilizer, customer, operator, license, or field records unless you want support to review that information.

You can also use Settings > Support > Send Feedback in the app. This opens a Sentry feedback form. If you use it, Sentry receives the message and any name or email address you choose to enter. Do not include sensitive record details unless you want AppCreators LIMITED and Sentry to process that information for support and troubleshooting.

Exporting Records

To export selected records:

1. Open Export.
2. Select the records you want to include.
3. Choose Export PDF or Export Selected CSV.
4. Use the iOS share sheet to save or send the file.

CropLedger Pro may be required for batch or filtered selected-record exports. Existing records remain viewable, and all-data CSV export remains available without Pro.

Exporting All Local Data

To export all local app data:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Data.
3. Choose Export All Data.
4. Save the CSV file somewhere you control.

The all-data CSV export is intended for portability and backup review. It may include records, setup items, saved mixes/templates, export history, and settings.

Deleting Local Data

To delete local records and setup data from this device:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Data.
3. Choose Delete All Data.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting local data removes app records and setup data from this device. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Managing Subscriptions

CropLedger subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through your App Store account. CropLedger uses RevenueCat to check entitlement status, restore purchases, and provide purchase support tools.

To manage or cancel a subscription:

1. Open the App Store or iOS Settings.
2. Open your Apple ID subscriptions.
3. Select CropLedger.
4. Follow Apple’s subscription management options.

In CropLedger, use Restore Purchases if you bought Pro and the app is not showing access.

Purchase Or Restore Problems

If purchase or restore does not work:

• Check that you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
• Check your internet connection.
• Tap Restore Purchases from CropLedger’s Pro or Settings screen.
• If the issue continues, contact support with the app version, device model, and the approximate purchase date.

Do not send payment card details. Apple handles App Store billing. Support may ask for purchase-related context, but you should not send field records, customer records, operator details, product details, or exported files unless you want support to review them.

Records And Compliance

CropLedger helps you keep structured records and exports. It does not decide whether a record is legally sufficient, whether a product can be used, or what rate, timing, method, or safety procedure is appropriate.

Review records before relying on them, sharing them, or submitting them to anyone else.

Privacy

CropLedger stores field and application records locally on your device. RevenueCat is used for purchase validation, entitlement status, restore purchases, hosted paywall, and Customer Center. Sentry is used for error reporting, crash diagnostics, app stability diagnostics, and optional in-app feedback.

CropLedger does not use advertising identifiers, does not show third-party ads, and does not track you across apps or websites for advertising or advertising measurement.
